How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, click on the cart icon and proceed to checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shopify Pay.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's been placed?

Orders can be modified or canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Please contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping Information

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected: •Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days •Expedited Shipping: 3-5 business days •Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s site.
We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team.
To return an item, please fill out the return form provided in your package and send the item back to us using the pre-paid return label. Once we receive the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
